We had to have an old beautiful gifted grandfather clock moved from NJ to our home in South Carolina We were the recipients. After research our Aunt and Uncle chose Voyager Moving Company. Chad stayed in touch with us during the trip so we’d be aware of his arrival. He meticulously and carefully protected the clock and all components by packing safely. We were extremely impressed when we saw the packaging. He carefully unloaded , played down mats to protect our floors and began bringing the boxes in. We loved watching him put the clock back together and got it balanced and up and running. Completely cleaned up and removed all packaging. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend Chad and Voyager for any of your moving needs. ,

These guys are best of the best. I called many companies and from the first phone call I knew I wanted to hire them. They were on another level with communication, professionalism and all around skills in the day of the job. They are great movers, protect everything, even the house it self. They brought so many pieces of equipment I’d never seen before that made the job easier. And they wer e also very handy, they helped me mount two TVs, artwork, assemble the furniture I needed moved and some new items. I will use them whenever I need moving help and recommend them to anyone I know whose moving.

UPDATE 8/26: Yet once again, Chad and his crew were flawless! Completed another move. Job done exactly how he said he would do it. Also, he packed my stuff away in a storage facility and dropped my keys to my front door! This will always be my go-to moving company!!! Always a pleasure doing business with him! 🙏 2025: Chad and his team are simply amazing! Not only is he thorough and professional, but he is extremely caring. He recently helped me with a move, surrounding a break-up, and he made feel totally at ease. We had a building issue and one of my elevators was down and he was not only strategic but incredibly patient. Additionally, he set me up in my new space quite beautifully. I can’t say enough good things about Chad and his team! From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely phenomenal. The crew arrived right on time, was professional, friendly, and treated every single item with incredible care. They worked efficiently without ever making me feel rushed and made what could have been a stressful day completely seamless. I honestly could not have survived moving day without them! These movers were some of the best i’ve ever seen. I’ve lived all around the world. I’ve had movers from all walks of life, but none of them had the muscles or the brainpower that the crew at Voyager does. These guys picked stuff up and put stuff down with such ease that you might have thought you were in a dream. Ivory and Chad made my move seamless! They are beyond amazing from packing everything perfectly to stopping at Marshall’s to pickup a mirror I loved - to hanging my art - when they left my house it felt like a home. I contacted Chad, at Voyager Moving Company, after seeing a recommendation on Nextdoor. He responded immediately. I had contacted two other movers, but one had a four hour minimum, and another required that I fill out an online questionnaire. Chad told me that his minimum was two hours, which was perfect. He asked a few questions, and I had an estimate within a short time. He made the process easy, including booking a date and taking a deposit. Before the move, Chad contacted me to ask if we could adjust the time somewhat; he had another move on the same day, and wanted to ensure he had enough time to do both jobs properly. I had a choice of two times, and he allowed me to choose what worked for me. In appreciation, he took $25 off the bill. Traffic in and out of NYC (their prior move) delayed them a bit (no surprise to me, having commuted there for my job), but Chad continually updated his ETA. Even though they still arrived at my house within a reasonable amount of time, Chad insisted on giving me yet another discount on the invoice. He and Ivory, his assistant, were extremely pleasant and accommodating, even after the previous move, and a lot of road time. They showed great care during the process, and even made a trip to a storage unit, without adding any mileage onto the invoice. All went smoothly, and we were very satisfied with the experience. We would definitely use Voyager again, and would gladly recommend them, as well!
