These movers were some of the best i’ve ever seen. I’ve lived all around the world. I’ve had movers from all walks of life, but none of them had the muscles or the brainpower that the crew at Voyager does. These guys picked stuff up and put stuff down with such ease that you might have thought you were in a dream. Hire Voyager the next time you need some stuff picked up and then put back down somewhere else.

Ivory and Chad made my move seamless! They are beyond amazing from packing everything perfectly to stopping at Marshall’s to pickup a mirror I loved - to hanging my art - when they left my house it felt like a home. I contacted Chad, at Voyager Moving Company, after seeing a recommendation on Nextdoor. He responded immediately. I had contacted two other movers, but one had a four hour minimum, and another required that I fill out an online questionnaire. Chad told me that his minimum was two hours, which was perfect. He asked a few questions, and I had an estimate within a short time. He made the process easy, including booking a date and taking a deposit. Before the move, Chad contacted me to ask if we could adjust the time somewhat; he had another move on the same day, and wanted to ensure he had enough time to do both jobs properly. I had a choice of two times, and he allowed me to choose what worked for me. In appreciation, he took $25 off the bill. Traffic in and out of NYC (their prior move) delayed them a bit (no surprise to me, having commuted there for my job), but Chad continually updated his ETA. Even though they still arrived at my house within a reasonable amount of time, Chad insisted on giving me yet another discount on the invoice. He and Ivory, his assistant, were extremely pleasant and accommodating, even after the previous move, and a lot of road time. They showed great care during the process, and even made a trip to a storage unit, without adding any mileage onto the invoice. All went smoothly, and we were very satisfied with the experience. We would definitely use Voyager again, and would gladly recommend them, as well!

I had an amazing experience with this moving team. From start to finish, their energy was so positive and genuine, it truly made a stressful move feel smooth and manageable. Before the move, Chad provided a clear and helpful list of things to do, which made me feel prepared and at ease going into the day. Chad treated my house like it was his own. I had a large refrigerator delivered by Amazon that unpacking and moving into the house was not available for. Chad responded within a few hours and unpacked and moved it through a tight space requiring taking the doors off, laid down a runner so as not to damage the floor, and disposed of the packing materials - he went above and beyond. I will definitely use Voyager for any moving needs I have in the future. The future came and on short notice Chad and Ivory came out on short notice and disassembled a king size sleep number bed and put it to the curb for disposal. Came 6:00 am as requested to facilitate an early delivery of a new bed. Once again superior service - protected the inside of my house with tarps and left the items for township pickup neatly wrapped at the curb. Chad even sent me a link for township pickup and offered to come back if there is a problem. Chad and Voyager are top notch. Will definitely use them again.

Voyager made my move way easier than I thought it might be. From the start, they were professional, experienced, and just really easy to work with. What stood out most was how friendly and understanding they were, they really get how stressful moving can be and made the whole thing feel a lot more manageable. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care. Nothing felt rushed or careless. They were also super flexible when things came up, which I really appreciated. They were reliable, respectful, and clearly cared about doing a good job. And it's a small family company. What's not to like?

I planned to use Voyager for a specific moving job that required coordination with an order and shipment that was difficult to verify. He was flexible and responsive and, when I was able to have the item shipped and delivered in a different way without the issue of coordinated timing--but would not involve Voyager--he was easily contacted, was understanding and immediately canceled the service and refunded the deposit! I plan to hire him in the future!
